Well here we are! Finally the day of the build has arrived!  OK, so let's get down to business.  I arrived at Xtreme a little late in the day on Wednesday, November 1st.  Dennis and Jerry threw the Jeep on the lift and started choppin' parts off and building a pile of discarded metal.  I would soon find out how cool plasma cutters are!  Since I was hanging around the shop during the build I was quickly put to work helping out.  Between taking pics to document the build and unpacking parts boxes, I had plenty to do.
The axles and control arms are gone, time to remove the shocks and control arm mounts.  At this point the bumpers are also gone, and the tank needs to be removed.
My stock 31" MTR's look embarrasing next to my new 37x12.50-17's.
Plasma cutter to the lower control arm mounts.  Fun time!
The axles were dropped and put aside until we were ready to start bolting on the stinger and installing the new axle shafts.
The disassembly was quick! The axles, steering, rear driveshaft, contol arms, & gas tank are removed, and the body lift was in.  This was about an hour after I pulled up!
The exhaust gets about a 1" section removed, to provide better clearance for the front control arm.  A new muffler was also installed for more clearance in the back.
A very small portion of all the parts that had to be unpacked.
Nth Degree oil pan skid.
I HAVE A TON MORE PICTURES AND INFO TO ADD TO THE BUILD SECTION.  I'M WORKING ON EDITING, RESIZING, AND UPLOADING ABOUT 100 PICTURES OF THE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH.  I'M WORKING AS FAST AS I CAN TO GET THIS SECTION COMPLETED...
