California has some of the most diverse and challenging trails that a Jeeper could hope to find.  Everything from well maintained dirt backroads to the most hardcore boulder-filled washes.  There are also places you can drive on the beach or you can explore sand dunes.  From the Pacific ocean to Death Valley, there's something for everyone.  The San Bernardino Mountains near my home have some of my favorite and most frequented trails.  This section will detail the trails I take my Jeep on, and hopefully provide a guide for others looking to gather info on taking their own trips.  I'll provide maps, photos, and personal insight as well as stories about each trail as I go.
Some of my favorite trails are in the Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead areas.  The ones you see on the map below.
